We are located in the central part of the main island of Okinawa.
It is in Ishikawa, Uruma City, which is blessed with the sea, mountains, greenery, and abundant nature.
Training starts with a bow while sitting, warmups, and basic movements (block, thrust, kick). Mainly practice kata and also kobudō and kumite (mitt work). We practice traditional kata that have been passed down as its original form without modifications.
For kata of kobudō, there are traditional kata and the one developed by the late Master Nakazato Shūgorō.
The kata of karate and kobudō are my assets, my livelihood, and my lifelong treasure.
